Natapradja has dedicated 18 years to the insurance sector, excelling as a direct broker, underwriter, and reinsurance broker. His leadership has been pivotal in various senior executive roles across prominent insurance companies, including:

Ricky’s expertise encompasses a wide range of insurance areas, including Aviation Insurance, Marine Hull & Machinery and P&I Insurance, Construction & Engineering Risks, Energy, Mining and Power, with a specialization in Financial Lines such as Trade Credit Insurance, Structured Credit Insurance, Bank Finance Risks, and Surety Bonds.
His tenure at JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers, which began in April 2023, has already been marked by significant achievements. As President Director, he has led the team to an impressive growth of over 30% in top-line revenue in his first year, underscoring his prowess in strategic commercial development, corporate restructuring, marketing, and sales.
Maharani Seba, SE, Cert. CII, CIIB, ANZIIF (Snr. Assoc.), CIP, QRGP, Cert. SCI (CCER)
Operations Director
Maharani Seba brings over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry to her role as Operations Director at JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers. She has spent the majority of her career at PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugu Re), where she held two senior key positions. As Technical Senior Manager from December 1989 to January 2010, she was responsible for managing Facultative Inward/Outward and Treaty Inward/Outward for both the Indonesian and Overseas Insurance Markets. Following this, she served as Corporate Secretary Group Head from January 2010 to August 2012, focusing on maintaining corporate governance, stakeholder relations, and public relations for the company.
With six years of experience in facultative reinsurance for non-marine and 17 years handling Inward and Outward Reinsurance as a Treaty Underwriter, Maharani has extensive expertise in Property, Engineering, and Marine Risks. She has also dealt with international markets during her tenure at one of Indonesia’s largest reinsurance companies, Tugu Re.
In 2016, Maharani joined JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers, where she currently leads the Management of the Treaty Reinsurance Portfolio, Operations, and Technical Functions.
Khairunisa, SE.
Vice President – Head of Accounting & Finance
Khairunisa has 22 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting her career in 2002 at PT Pandu Halim Perkasa (Loss Adjusters) where she eventually became Finance and Accounting Manager. She then worked as Agency Unit Manager for Prudential Life Insurance from 2013 to 2016. Khairunisa joined JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Broker in November 2017 as Finance & Accounting Manager and was appointed Vice President – Head of Accounting & Finance in January 2024. In her current role, she manages all accounting and finance processes and leads a team covering accounting, collections, and treasury. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and has completed certified training in General Insurance and Health Insurance.
Stepanus Ardyan Chandra Wirawan, S.Si, CGI, APAI, CIIB
Vice President - Technical Operations
Stepanus Ardyan Chandra Wirawan has a career in insurance that began in 2017 at PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna (MAG), focusing on Property Business Processing and Underwriting. In 2022, he joined JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers as a Treaty Account Officer, managing treaty reinsurance programs for several large cedants.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Stepanus obtained the CIIB (Certified Indonesian Insurance Broker) qualification from APARI in 2023 and completed Competency Certification for Insurance & Reinsurance Broking Levels 5, 6, and 7 from BNSP LSPPI. Following his qualifications, he was promoted to Vice President – Technical Operations, responsible for leading technical operations, managing reinsurance approved security lists, and ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Fransisca Hendrika, SE, APAI, AAAIK, CIIB
Vice President - Head of Treaty
Fransisca Hendrika is the Vice President and Head of Treaty at JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers, with 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. She specialized in Facultative reinsurance at PT Asuransi Nipponkoa (Sompo) for seven years before joining PT Tugu Reinsurance Indonesia (Tugu Re) as an Underwriter for Non-Marine Facultative Reinsurance. Later, she served as Deputy Manager Inward Treaty for six years, handling Inward Treaty Reinsurance. In December 2023, Fransisca joined JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers to lead and manage the Treaty Reinsurance Business Portfolio, providing customized solutions for cedant clients. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and AAAIK Insurance Qualifications from AAMAI (Asosiasi Ahli Manajemen Asuransi Indonesia).
Yuanita Wulandari, SE, B. Bus (Admin) Hons, CGI, APAI, ANZIIF (Assoc.) CIP
Vice President - Head of Specialty Lines
Yuanita Wulandari has a decade of experience in the insurance industry, starting her career at PT Asuransi Wahana Tata (ASWATA) in Sales Corporate and later serving as an Underwriter Reinsurer for Property and Engineering. In April 2023, she joined the J.B. Boda Group as Manager for Facultative Reinsurance and Claims. In January 2024, she was appointed as Vice President – Head of Specialty Lines at JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers, where she manages the portfolio of Facultative Specialty Lines, including Aviation, Construction & Engineering, Financial Lines, and Marine. Wulan holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Economics and has attained professional qualifications such as CGI, ANZIIF (Assoc.) CIP, and APAI.
Siti Junari, S. Sos, APAI
Assistant Vice President - Facultative (General)
Siti Junari brings 30 years of experience in the insurance industry to her role as Assistant Vice President – Facultative (General) at JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Broker. She spent 26 years at PT. Asuransi Rama Satria Wibawa, handling both inward and outward facultative business for various classes, as well as treaty reinsurance. In January 2020, Junari joined JBBoda Viva Indonesia as Manager Technical & Claims, and in January 2024, she was appointed to her current position. She is responsible for managing the portfolio of facultative reinsurance covering general classes of business, including Property, Construction/Engineering, Financial, and Motor. Junari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and attained the AAPAI qualification in 2023.
Keti Dwi Lestari, SE, (As)., APAI
Senior Account Executive - Specialty Lines
Keti Dwi Lestari has a decade of experience in the insurance industry, starting her career at PT Equity Life Indonesia as Claim Administration. She then spent 8 years at PT Simas Reinsurance Brokers, handling Marine Facultative, Engineering, Miscellaneous, and Property. In December 2023, Keti joined JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers as a Senior Account Executive for Specialty Lines, providing market and technical support. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, specializing in Insurance.
Rifan Haryadi, S. Ak, APAI
Account Executive - Facultative (General)
Rifan Haryadi began his professional career in the Automotive Industry from July 2014 to September 2019. He transitioned to the insurance industry in October 2019, joining PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugu Re) as Underwriting Support Facultative in the Business Support Division, where he handled Property and Engineering until December 2022. In January 2023, Rifan joined JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers as Technical Staff for the Facultative Reinsurance Business Portfolio. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and attained the AAPAI (Ajun Ahli Pialang Asuransi Indonesia) qualification from APARI in 2023.
Feny Kristya, Dip (Ak), CGI, AAPAI
Claims Officer
Feny Kristya began her insurance career in 2015 at PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk, focusing on Administration Technical & Treaty. In 2018, she transitioned to PT SIMAS Reinsurance Brokers as a Collection Officer. She joined JBBoda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers in February 2020 as a Claims Staff, handling both Treaty & Facultative claims. Feny holds a Diploma in Accounting and has attained professional insurance qualifications, including CGI (Certificate in General Insurance) from AAMAI and the AAPAI (Ajun Ahli Pialang Asuransi Indonesia) qualification from APARI in 2023.
